This program has proved extremely effective in prolonging the life and increasing the productivity of Fadal VMCs. Our Planned Maintenance customer base has more than doubled in the past year, and the program continues to grow and improve.

Planned Maintenance Overview

The purpose of our Planned Maintenance program is to keep your Fadal VMC operating at peak performance and to find and correct minor problems before they become major. Routine maintenance is key to prolonging the life of your VMC. The goals of our program are outlined below:

Perform maintenance and adjustments to keep VMC running at peak performance and return it to original factory specifications.
Diagnose potential problems and identify servicing needs.
Schedule downtime for major adjustments and pre-emptive service.
Reduce unscheduled downtime and unexpected machine failure.

Fadal provides a variety of options with various Planned Maintenance packages that can be customized to meet the specific needs of individual customers. Scheduling a Planned Maintenance visit at least once a year drastically reduces the chances of your VMC experiencing major problems or decreased performance.
