VMC 3016 FX

The VMC 3016 FX is a part of the MAG Fadal’s FX Series. This compact-designed machine provides customers with unsurpassed performance utilizing heavy-duty box way construction, high speed spindles from 8,000 RPM up to 15,000 RPM, and dual mounted Steinmeyer ETA+ ball screws. With two available control options, MAG Fadal delivers a complete package to meet your ever changing machine requirements.

VMC 4020 FX

The VMC 4020 FX is our most popular and desired machine within our offer. This machine provides wide power range for job shop metal cutting flexibility. The VMC 4020 FX is designed with flame hardened integrated box way construction, Steinmeyer ETA+ dual mounted ball screws and spindle speeds ranges 8,000 RPM to 10,000. This machine is ideal for job shops, mold/die and other mid-range parts producers.

VMC 4525/VMC 6030/VMC 8030

VMC 4525, VMC 6030 and VMC 8030 are designed for machining large parts. With these machines the long and big parts can be easily loaded on the table from the front or side doors. MAG Fadal especially designed the series of large machines to meet our customers’ machining needs of steel, aluminum or titanium cutting.

VMC 6535 HTX/VMC 6535-40

The VMC 6535 40 Taper and VMC 6535 HTX are robust VMCs designed to deliver high material removed rates, and reduced part cycle times while holding increased positioning accuracy and repeatability. They feature heavy cast iron construction, flame hardened Box Ways, high power spindle performance and high capacity dual arm tool changer.

Full Range of Rotary Tables

Rotary Products help decrease setup time and increase productivity.
MAG Fadal Rotary Products provide the ability to perform four and five axis positioning and simultaneous four and five axis machining. Since you can machine multiple sides without refixturing, part handling is reduced. This increases part accuracy and reduces part run times.

Machine Controls

The brains behind MAG Fadal VMCs rest in its CNC Controls. We are unique in that we offer choices of controls to meet our customer’s demanding application needs. Our choices include: Industry standard Fadal GE Fanuc 0i-MC Control GE Fanuc 18i-MB5 Control, and MAG Fadal’s own user friendly proprietary control, the Fadal MP CNC. Each control has its own set of standard and optional features and capabilities that bring tremendous benefits to our customers.
