Authorized service technicians are technicians who work for Fadal Machining Centers or one of our authorized distributors. A customer employed technician is an authorized repairer only if he or she has attended a Fadal customer maintenance class within the last 2 years.

While imitation parts may be cheaper, they could cost you a lot more in the long run. Imitation parts many times do not last as long or perform as well as Genuine Fadal Parts. Also, imitation parts can lead to other mechanical or electrical problems with your VMC.
