Summary: Maintenance Technologies (www.maint-tech.com), the field service arm for Fadal Machining Centers, a world leader in the manufacture of vertical machining centers, has an opportunity for a talented Applications Engineer-Instructor. Duties will include: conducting training classes (both structured and tailored) for users of Fadal and Fanuc control systems. Will have opportunity to help beta-test a new state-of-the-art CNC Control System. Will also assist team in developing demo CAD applications for major trade shows. Will assist team in solving customer application problems.
Requirements:
- Good Teaching Skills – Enjoys conducting training classes.
- Experience with CNC Control Systems (Fanuc Controls highly preferred)
- Experience with CAD/CAM software tools (Gibbs, Mastercam, SURFCAM – 1 or more)
- Excellent problem solving abilities.
- Good customer service skills.
Candidate will become a member of our Applications Engineer team and work out of our Chatsworth, CA. facility.
